This promotes proper spinal posture and hip alignment to reduce pressure on your hips and spine. The Wedge-Ease is ideal for those with seats that cannot be fully adjusted for proper hip and knee alignment (where the seat pan is tilted back and can’t be adjusted to a neutral position). The Wedge-Ease also includes a coccyx cutout in the 1” memory foam to alleviate pressure on the tailbone.
